Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offers a great value for the money, with clean and basic accommodations. The breakfast was nice, especially with the view, and the staff was very friendly. However, I experienced some issues with the hot water during peak times, and the lack of a private tour that was promised was a slight disappointment.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay in Quito! The staff was incredibly attentive and helped arrange a taxi guide for a day that allowed me to visit amazing sites like the Cable Car and La Capilla del Hombre. The location in the historic center made it easy to explore local dining options, which were delicious. However, the cleanliness of the towels in my room wasn't up to par, as I had to ask for new ones daily, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was great value for the price.
I had a decent stay at the hotel with its incredible location near the historic center and friendly staff who were eager to help. However, the organization could definitely use improvement, and the breakfast left a bit to be desired. My room offered a stunning view of the city from the top floor, but the tight bathroom was not ideal. Overall, it's a good value for money, but some points might make me reconsider staying here again.
I had a fantastic stay at Friends Hotel, nestled right in the vibrant downtown of Quito. The combination of modern comfort and the unique Ecuadorian culture made my visit unforgettable. The rooms were stylish and immaculate, although I experienced some issues with the housekeeping not consistently providing clean towels. The staff, especially Ehtel and Yale, were warm and accommodating, making sure I had all the recommendations I needed during my stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture while enjoying a comfortable retreat after daily adventures.
I had a great stay at this hostel, which includes clean and well-kept rooms and good facilities for making meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Jorge who added a personal touch to the experience. However, the lack of regular cleaning in the rooms was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's still a comfortable and value-for-money place to stay while in Ecuador.
